Mr. Elmer Lazo

Elmer Lazo, an experienced Health & Physical Education teacher, is now at Randolph after three years in Fairfax County Public Schools. He holds a degree in Health & Physical Education from George Mason University of Virginia, with a minor in Kinesiology. In his free time, he coaches youth soccer, enjoys staying active, and values spending time with his family.

Ian Spitler is a Health and Physical Education teacher and is so excited to start the year at Randolph Elementary! Mr. Spitler grew up in Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s in Health and Physical Education. This will be his second year teaching, as he previously worked at a preschool in Maryland. In his free time, Mr. Spitler enjoys creative writing, reading, and hanging out with his friends!
