Ms. Katie Donnelly is a Pre-K teacher at Randolph Elementary. She started at Randolph in 2006. Before coming to APS, she taught in Baldwinsville, NY teaching Pre-K and Kindergarten for four years. At Randolph, Katie taught Kindergarten for five years before teaching Pre-K. She received her bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York at Oswego. She enjoys running, traveling, music, and spending time with her 2 daughters, family, and friends.

Sarah Harrison is a pre-k teacher. This is her second year teaching at Randolph. Prior to joining APS she taught in Alexandria for many years as a reading specialist, literacy coach, and kindergarten teacher. She received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree from The University of Virginia. In her free time she enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

James Miller is a Special Education Teacher at Randolph Elementary. Prior to coming to Randolph in 2020, James taught in Montgomery County. James is a DC area native who completed undergrad at Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Literature. James continued his studies at George Mason University and graduated with a Masters in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, hiking with his two dogs, and supporting DC sports teams.
