Randolph Celebrates Principal Carlos Ramirez

Carlos Ramirez, Principal at Randolph Elementary School, was named ‘Principal of the Year’ by the Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents, a national organization that works to cultivate Latino leadership in schools while serving the educational needs of Latino youth. “I could not believe it,” Ramirez said. “For a moment I thought, is this a prank?”
