Ms. Juanice Jenkins has a long family history in Arlington County and is honored to continue that legacy through her service in Arlington Public Schools (APS). She is a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, with a concentration in public relations.

Erin Kowalevicz is a National Board Certified educator with 19 years of teaching experience in both the U.S. and international schools. She now serves as an Instructional Coach, where she partners with teachers and administrators to strengthen instruction and student learning.

Ms. Wague is the ITC at Randolph since 2019. She is excited about what instructional technology can add to the quality education every child deserves. She supports her school community in integrating the many technology tools APS has in the every day education of our students.

Wyatt Weber is the Standardized Testing Coordinator and the Community Outreach/Parent Liaison at Randolph. This is Wyatt Weber’s 30th year in public education. Wyatt’s career started in D.C. Public Schools, where he taught 7th and 8th grade math and then first grade.
